Completed Services: Upon the completion of services, they are considered final. If you encounter any issues or concerns, we encourage you to promptly contact our management team for resolution. Refunds are not provided solely based on anticipated results. Clear communication of your needs is vital to achieving your desired outcome. However, we offer alternative solutions to assist you. Our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction, and we will diligently address any concerns. Please note that reporting issues within 24 hours of the service is crucial for effective assistance. Delayed reporting may impact our ability to provide timely resolution

Gift Cards: Regrettably, we are unable to issue refunds for gift cards. Once a service has been completed, refunds are not provided. Our gift cards hold a specific value and can be redeemed for services and products as desired.

Product Sales: We are proud partners with Skin Script, EKK Candles, and Image Skincare, and our product prices reflect these esteemed partnerships. If, for any reason, you believe you have purchased a faulty product or no longer wish to keep the item, we are pleased to facilitate a refund. This is contingent on the product remaining unopened and in its original, untampered condition.

Refunds for products will be issued upon the return of the product to Hyde Park Massage and Spa. The returned product will be inspected to ensure it meets the necessary criteria for a refund.
