Completed Services: All completed services are considered final. In the event that you encounter any concerns or complications related to a service, we kindly request that you promptly contact our management team to address and resolve the issue. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction, and we will work diligently to resolve any concerns to your contentment.

It is important to note that bringing such matters to our attention within 24 hours of the service is crucial. Delayed reporting may limit our ability to provide effective assistance.

Gift Cards: Regrettably, we are unable to issue refunds for gift cards. Once a service has been completed, refunds are not provided. Our gift cards hold a specific value and can be redeemed for services and products as desired.

Product Sales: We are proud partners with Skin Script, EKK Candles, and Image Skincare, and our product prices reflect these esteemed partnerships. If, for any reason, you believe you have purchased a faulty product or no longer wish to keep the item, we are pleased to facilitate a refund. This is contingent on the product remaining unopened and in its original, untampered condition.

Refunds for products will be issued upon the return of the product to Hyde Park Massage and Spa. The returned product will be inspected to ensure it meets the necessary criteria for a refund.
